Congratulations to Professor Lawrence A. Hamermesh for Co-authoring a Top 10 Corporate and Securities Law Article for 2010. The article, Loyalty’s Core Demand: The Defining Role of Good Faith in Corporation Law, 98 Geo. L.J. 629 (2010), was co-authored with Chancellor Leo E. Strine, R. Franklin Balotti - of Richards, Layton and Finger, and Jeffrey M. Gorris - of Bouchard Margules & Friedlander.
