The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law is published three times annually by the top students of The Widener University School of Law. While concerned with the law affecting corporations, the Journal considers all subject matters are appropriate if they fall within the scope of the jurisdiction of the American Bar Association's Section of Business Law.
