Subscriptions are accepted on a one volume basis (three issues). Price: $50.00, payable in advance; single issues, $20.00; seminar issues, $24.00; overseas postage, add $13.70. If a subscription is to be discontinued at expiration, notice to that effect MUST be received by August of the expiration year, otherwise the subscription will be continued as usual.
