The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law would like to thank everyone who came out for the 2011 Symposium: "Irreconcilable Differences? Director, Manager, and Shareholder Conflicts in Takeover Transactions."

The Journal would especially like to thank the Symposium Planning Committee, Caroline M. Gentile, and Paul Regan. Along with the Symposium Chair, Steven M. Davidoff, who assembled a tremendous collection of participants, across all disciples of Corporate Law. His ability to bring so many diverse views led to a day full of intellectual discussions, proposals, and candid commentary on the state of takeover law. The Journal cannot thank you enough for the time and effort put into the day.

Lastly, the Journal would like to thank all the participants who provided an array of voices really fostering the discussions throughout the day.
